Company description

At Tobib Lee, we’re a growing traditional wellness brand in Malaysia with over 10 years of clinical experience. Our unique 3-in-1 approach blends traditional therapy, edible herb, and personalised follow-ups to solve sinus issues effectively and naturally.

What you’ll do:

• Assess clients’ conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
• Provide post-treatment care advice and keep accurate treatment records.
• Ensure all treatments follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all services and products offered.
• Build trust and rapport with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of all treatment areas.

What we’re looking for:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Responsible, positive and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication skills (Mandarin is a bonus).
• Able to work on weekends.
• Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, or beauty therapy is a plus (but not required – training provided).
• At least SPM or equivalent.
• Willing to accept relocation as needed.
