JOB SUMMARY

Propose, implement, and monitor security controls, conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with security policies and respond to cybersecurity incidents. Work closely with business stakeholders to maintain a secure and resilient technology environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead in implementing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and security frameworks.
• Propose, implement, and monitor security controls and landscape.
• Monitor security alerts and events using proper tools.
• Investigate security breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and security risk analyses.
• Manage and maintain security tools such as firewalls, antivirus solutions, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and intrusion detection systems.

AUTHORITY

• Review and recommend approval, modification, suspension, or revocation of user access rights based on security requirements.
• Recommend security controls.
• Perform or coordinate security assessments with third parties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or IT.
• 3 to 5 years in IT or cybersecurity jobs.
• Certifications in security papers like CompTIA.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness activities and security training programs.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
