We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to oversee quality compliance, drive continuous improvement, and lead our production quality team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defect & Complaint Handling: Analyze customer complaints and supplier quality issues to enforce effective corrective actions.
• Audit & Standard Compliance: Assist in customer and external audits (JQA, JET) and establish departmental SOPs.
• Environmental Management: Enforce eco-friendly material usage, compliant labeling, and proper scheduled waste disposal.
• Team Supervision: Guide, train, and supervise departmental staff and line operators.

Requirements / Key Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing or any related
• Experience in QA/QC manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of JQA/JET standards and scheduled waste regulations.
• Strong data analysis and root-cause problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
