Tropical Fruit Farm Hiring! Full Time Cashier in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Handle ticket sales and cashier transactions accurately.
• Welcome visitors and provide friendly customer service.
• Explain tour packages, ticket prices, activities, and farm information.
• Process cash, card, QR, and other payment methods.
• Issue tickets and receipts to customers.
• Assist with group bookings, reservations, and visitor arrangements.
• Answer customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and at the counter.
• Assist customers with transportation arrangements when required.
• Handle daily cash reconciliation and basic sales records.
• Assist with the sale of farm products and souvenirs.
• Keep the ticketing counter clean and organised.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous cashier, customer service, tourism, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, polite, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good at handling cash and payments.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
