What you'll do

• Turn the CEO's direction into clear plans, priorities and execution.
• Manage and coordinate teams across Content, Creative, Digital and Commercial.
• Set KPIs, track performance and hold people accountable.
• Build simple systems and processes so the company runs efficiently.
• Identify problems, solve them and keep things moving.
• Support hiring, team structure and day-to-day business operations.
• Act as the CEO's operational partner and make sure decisions get executed.

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years in operations, business management, project management, media, agency, startup or similar environments.
• Strong people management and organisational skills.
• Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with limited resources.
• Commercially minded, practical and solutions-oriented.
• Confident enough to manage people and hold them accountable.
• Hands-on - you're not afraid to get into the details.

You don't need to have been a COO before. We're looking for someone with the capability to grow into a GM / COO role as the business scales.
