About KinovaWorks

KinovaWorks is building an AI-powered lead-intelligence and follow-up platform for Malaysian real estate professionals.

The product helps property agents organise leads, identify high-priority opportunities, understand what action to take next and remember important follow-ups. It also gives team leaders greater visibility over their team’s pipeline and activity.

We are now preparing for beta testing and early commercial launch.

The Role

We are looking for a growth-oriented marketer who can help KinovaWorks acquire and understand its first users.

Approximately 70% of the initial marketing focus will target individual property agents, while 30% will support outreach to team leaders, agencies and industry partners.

This is not only a content-design position. The successful candidate must connect content activity to measurable customer interest.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing KinovaWorks’ B2C and B2B marketing strategy
• Creating Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and short-form video content
• Producing educational carousels, product demonstrations and founder content
• Interviewing agents and turning their problems into relevant content
• Managing early-access registrations and prospective customer information
• Supporting outreach to individual agents and agency decision-makers
• Developing campaigns that generate beta users and product demonstrations
• Turning user feedback and results into testimonials and case studies
• Tracking enquiries, registrations, demonstrations and conversions
• Testing different messages, content formats and calls to action
• Working with the founders to refine positioning and pricing

Ideal Background

• Experience producing social-media content for a business or personal brand
• Ability to create carousels using Canva, Figma or similar tools
• Ability to edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software
• Strong written English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are valuable advantages
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and direct-response content
• Comfortable speaking with customers and conducting short interviews
• Able to analyse basic content and acquisition performance
• Organised, responsive and capable of working independently

Useful, But Not Essential

• Experience in property, SaaS, technology or startup marketing
• Experience running paid advertisements
• Experience with email marketing or CRM tools
• Familiarity with Malaysian property agents and RENs
• Existing content portfolio or personal social-media presence
• Ability to appear in or direct short-form videos

Expected Initial Output

• Three high-quality content posts per week
• Two short-form videos per week
• Consistent outreach to relevant property agents
• A simple weekly report covering reach, enquiries, early-access registrations and demonstrations
• A four-week content and customer-acquisition experiment

Engagement Structure

The role will begin with a four-week paid or mutually agreed trial with clear output and acquisition targets.

A longer-term founding growth position and potential future equity pathway may be discussed only after consistent execution, measurable contribution and team agreement. Any future equity would be subject to incorporation, vesting and formal legal documentation.
