Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Location: Singapore
Experience: 4+ years

Job Description:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and cost-control activities for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Manage variations, valuations and subcontractor claims.
• Support tendering and procurement activities.
• Monitor project costs and commercial performance.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 4+ years of construction QS experience.
• Knowledge of contracts, variations and cost control.
• Singapore project experience preferred.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
