What You’ll Do

• Perform on-site installation, setup and testing for lighting and smart home systems.
• Assist with basic electrical wiring, switches, lighting controls and smart home device connections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lighting products, smart home devices and system connectivity.
• Conduct site inspections and identify installation or technical requirements before work begins.
• Provide after-sales technical support and assist customers with product usage, system setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, electricians and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support product testing, quality checking and commissioning before project handover.
• Travel to residential and commercial project sites when required.
• Maintain proper records of site work, technical issues and completed installations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, lighting systems or smart home products.
• Strong hands-on and practical problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn new lighting, electrical and smart home technologies.
• Able to troubleshoot technical problems systematically and independently.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to customers.
• Responsible, punctual and comfortable working at different project sites.
• Willing to travel for installation, servicing and technical support when required.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a project team.
• Relevant technical, electrical, electronics or engineering background will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Bonus: Experience with smart home systems, lighting controls, electrical installation, networking or troubleshooting will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
