Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads sales, FAE, and product team to design and engineer IoT, Edge Computing, IPC, Embedded, 5G solution proposals to influence and win enterprise customer decision and RFI, and RFP

• Lead engineering , service and technical support organizations to resolve all customer issues ensuring operational excellence in post-sales system and technology deployments

• Design and define next-generation server system architecture and work with product managers to manage product development cycles and customer delivery

• Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product roadmap is competitive in the market

• Work closely with internal engineering team to ensure clientss' expectations and requirements are incorporated in the new platform

• Ensure customer overall satisfaction, collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve clients' issues or concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experieces, MBA is high preferrable

• At least 3 years of experience in business development or promoting embedded solutions, IPC, or server/computer hardware products solutions. Highly familiar with embedded system based on 2.5" SBC, 3.5" SBC, MiniITX, uATX, ATX, e-ATX MB solution for embedded applicaitons

• Prior experience working with tier 1 and/or tier 2 OEM's, broad experience across product management, product markeing, sales, and business development roles.

• Solid communication skills in both verbal and written, able to communicate with C-level clients effectively

• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and marketing skills

• Strong executive presence with a track record of winning mid to large clients/business
