Job Description
Responsibilities
Time: 8.30am-5.30pm
Monday-Friday
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Update the daily settlement
Pass journal entries
Issue of tax invoices
Updating of daily collections/ receipts
Perform Cash Collection duty on a rotation basis
Monthly AR ageing report
Reconciliation of Income accounts via bank.
Assisting preparing the monthly balance sheet schedules
Assisting in temple events such as CNY, Vesak Day, AGM, etc
Any other adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor
Assist with operational tasks as required (e.g., supporting temple events, front-counter coverage during peak periods).
Requirements:
Minimum 'N' Level or 'O' Level qualification (or equivalent).
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g.ERF ). Training will be provided for the specific system used.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g., Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook).
Customer-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing operational priorities.
Required to work on Saturdays or Sundays occasionally. Overtime compensation for eligible employees will be provided in accordance with the Employment Act.
