Our Distribution team is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. This role will be responsible for coordinating shipping activities, managing import/shipping documentation, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely logistic operation. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness to ensure stocks will be arrived timely and accurately to support our business needs.
What you’ll do
Handle daily shipping operations, including preparing invoices, packing lists, and related shipping documents.
Create PO and manage bookings with forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers.
Prepare customs related documentation and maintain data record in system to support declarations and import activities.
Coordinate with OEM, freight forwarder and planning teams and monitor shipment schedules and vehicle import arrangements to ensure timely arrival.
Coordinate stock allocation/transfer activities with sales team.
Prepare regular reports to support cross-functional teams.
Update and maintain shipment related data in system timely and accurately.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be:
1–3 years of relevant shipping/logistics experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and import compliance.
Experience in automative industry is highly preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
