Job Description

Responsibilities

Cost planning & control Prepare budgets, track costs, and forecast final accounts.BOQ & measurements: Measure works, prepare bills of quantities, and material schedules.Tender & procurement: Assist in tender docs, evaluate bids, and recommend awards.Contract management Admin contracts, handle variations, claims, and payments.Site coordination Liaise with contractors, engineers, and architects on site matters.
