Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Radiographer role based in Shah Alam. The Radiographer will operate imaging equipment to perform diagnostic procedures, ensuring accurate image capture in line with clinical requirements and safety protocols. Daily tasks include preparing patients for imaging, explaining procedures, positioning patients correctly, and monitoring them during examinations. The role involves maintaining and calibrating radiologic equipment, managing imaging records, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare staff to support clinical decisions. The Radiographer will follow radiation safety guidelines, adhere to regulatory standards, and participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high clinical and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Radiologic Technology and Radiology, including diagnostic imaging procedures and equipment operation.
• Strong understanding of Radiation and Radiation Safety principles to ensure safe practice for patients and staff.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to imaging indications, contraindications, and patient care considerations.
• Diploma or degree in Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional registration or license to practice as a Radiographer, where applicable.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and comply with regulatory and hospital standards.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures clearly and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail, strong ethical standards, and commitment to patient-centered care and confidentiality.
