Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Management, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably within precast concrete, construction materials, concrete products, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience managing production operators and shop-floor workers.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality control, workplace safety, and manufacturing operations.
• Able to read and understand production drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required by production schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in precast concrete manufacturing or construction-related manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with production planning and ERP/MRP systems.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical equipment is an advantage.
• Strong ability to manage manpower and resolve shop-floor operational issues.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
