What You'll Do

• Records Management — Maintain and organise employment files and records in line with company policies and compliance standards.
• Data Management — Keep the employee master list accurate and up to date using Excel tools including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
• HR Analytics — Analyse HR metrics to surface insights that support continuous improvement across HR processes.
• Process Improvement — Spot opportunities to streamline HR workflows and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
• Organisational Support & Employee Engagement — Play an active role in company programmes, events, and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• A proactive, enthusiastic self-starter with a genuine eagerness to learn.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply. International students may also apply if a Work Pass or Letter of Consent can be facilitated through your University as part of an official internship programme.
• We are also open to voluntary internship arrangements, provided the internship is structured and supported through your University's official programme.
