BHS BABY SHOP is an established baby & mother care products store with more than 10 years of experience. We are looking for a friendly, responsible and hardworking Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Introduce and recommend baby & mother care products to customers
• Arrange, replenish and organize products on shelves
• Assist with stock checking and receiving new stock
• Pack customers’ purchases when required
• Assist with daily shop operations
• Provide good customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience

Job Requirements

• Retail or sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates / school leavers are welcome
• Friendly, responsible and honest
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to learn about baby and mother care products
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
• Bahasa Malaysia / English communication skills are an advantage
