Hardex Corporation Hiring! Full Time Sales Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 10,000 - Ricebowl

Hiring Location: Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Alor Star, Johor Bahru

Salary Range: RM 3000 - RM 10,000 (basic + commission + incentive)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Support in analyzing and consolidating management reports.
• Assist in formulating and executing corporate strategies.
• Provide technical assistance when required.
• Assist in confirming market selling prices, promotion entitlements, delivery dates, and related details.
• Prepare monthly planning reports and daily sales reports for management review.
• Monitor target achievement and strategy execution; propose solutions when targets are not met.
• Provide effective solutions to resolve problems and respond to customer enquiries.
• Implement the company’s sales management guidelines and continuously improve sales skills.
• Achieve sales targets and key sales indicators.
• Manage sales contracts, ensure smooth contract execution, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Complete assignments from superiors within the given timeframe.
• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Comply with all management system procedures and work instructions.
• Eligible to earn sales commission and performance incentives based on target achievement.

Academic Qualification

• SPM or higher qualification.

Experience / Skill Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in the hardware or auto parts industry is an added advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
• Mature, self-motivated, and willing to commit to long working hours when required.
• Strong networking abilities and good rapport with the trade.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Age requirement: 20-45 years old.
• Goal-oriented with strong motivation to earn commission and incentives.
• Must have own transport and can travel out of the station for work.
• Willing to work in KL, MELAKA, NEGERI SEMBILAN, ALOR STAR, & JB.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
