Company Overview:
We are a growing F&B company with several outlets across Singapore. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a responsible and motivated team player to support our HR and admin functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly payroll using Times Software
• Manage HR systems, leave records, and employee files
• Apply, renew, and cancel work passes via MOM website
• Prepare HR documents (e.g. employment letters, contracts)
• Update HR reports for management
• Manage daily HR and admin tasks
• Handle MOM and other surveys
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and takes responsibility
