• Assess applicants' eligibility for national schemes based on established policies, frameworks, and governance requirements.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the effective implementation and administration of grant schemes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing business processes, identifying operational gaps, and developing practical solutions to enhance service delivery and governance.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement system enhancements, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and optimize business processes.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of operational workarounds and process controls to cater to emerging business needs.
• Support strategic and operational projects, as well as other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in back-office or grant administration is preferred.
• High level of integrity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
