Reports To: Store Supervisor / Store Manager

1. Customer Service & Sales

Provide friendly and proactive customer service, assist with product selection, sizing and fitting, maintain strong product knowledge, promote ongoing campaigns, and practice upselling/cross-selling to achieve individual and store sales targets.

2. Store & Visual Merchandising

Maintain a clean, organized and customer-ready selling floor, fitting rooms and cashier area. Ensure products are properly folded, hung, steamed, displayed and replenished according to AyraEryna’s visual merchandising standards.

3. Stock, Cashier & Daily Operations

Handle POS and customer transactions accurately, assist with stock receiving, replenishment, transfers and stock counts, and ensure all stock movements, payments, returns and exchanges follow company procedures.

4. Teamwork, Discipline & Store Responsibility

Support opening and closing duties, follow work schedules and SOPs, maintain punctuality and professional grooming, assist team members during busy periods, prevent stock loss, report operational issues, and take initiative to complete necessary store tasks without constant supervision.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
