Job Opening: Account Executive

Location: Headquarters (HQ) Kajang, Selangor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Executive to be based at our Kajang HQ. As our core accounting operations are centralized in our Setapak office, this role is essential in acting as the primary liaison managing the flow of information and communication between the Accounts team in Setapak and the Admin and HR departments in Kajang.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance representative at the Kajang HQ to liaise directly with the Admin and HR departments.
• Collect, verify, and coordinate essential financial documents (such as employee claims, invoices, and payroll records) before routing them to the Setapak office.
• Ensure smooth and accurate two-way communication to prevent any information gaps between the two offices.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, data entry, and organized document filing.
• Resolve any daily operational issues or document discrepancies between the HQ departments and the central Accounts team.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as this role requires active coordination with multiple departments.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in Kajang with remote coordination from the Setapak team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
