Job Description
- Support day-to-day BAU operational activities, including accuarate fulfilment, processing and handling of operational requests. You may join one of our Operations teams, such as Finance Ops, Fraud Ops, Ops Excellence, or Customer Service Ops, depending on your fit for the role.
- Analyse operational cases and issues, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle inquiries and coordinate with relevant parties on operational matters.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risks and errors.
- Support process improvement initiatives and projects within the assigned Operations function.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks and initiatives within Operations where required.
- Currently pursuing/possesses a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, expected to graduate by July 2027 and join us by August 2027.
- Experience in banking operations would be an added advantage.
- Able to multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with eye for detail and quality.
- Analytical with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google suite applications.
