Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, communication with candidates, and onboarding arrangements.
Maintain recruitment records and provide timely updates to hiring managers on candidate progress.
Manage day-to-day HR activities including employee records, leave and attendance tracking, HR documentation, and employee enquiries.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations and statutory requirements.
Support monthly payroll processing, including attendance verification, payroll adjustments, payslip preparation, and payroll records maintenance.
Track employee claims submissions and ensure proper documentation and timely processing.
Assist Directors and Management in tracking outstanding tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
Prepare reports, documents, and administrative support materials as required.
Assist in organising company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate event planning, logistics, vendors, and internal communications.
Support daily office administration, including documentation, filing, procurement coordination, and vendor liaison.
Maintain proper records and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
Knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS, PCB) is preferred.
Experience in payroll processing, HR operations, and employee administration is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Google Suite) for daily work operations.
Proficient in Canva for creating internal communications, event materials, and HR-related content.
Good command of English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively with the team.
