About the role

CK BUILDING SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team based in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting our overall accounting operations.

Job Description

1. Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports

2. Plan and control the company’s cash flow, funding and budget allocation

3. Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation

4. Provide and interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management

5. Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy

6. Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems

7. Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system

8. Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.

9. Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by others department

Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of Accounting or equivalent with at least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience

2. Proficient in the use of accounting software

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively

4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial records

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders

6. Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations
