Responsibilities
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, versatile Bookkeeper to manage our daily financial operations and admin tasks, while taking ownership of our wholesale sales data and channel analytics. In this role, you will bridge accounting and sales operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, tracking revenue streams across multiple brand channels, and producing insightful sales performance reports.
Key responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
Monitor payment collections and follow up on outstanding balances
Perform monthly credit card, company expenses and inventory reconciliations
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes and external audit preparations
Sales & Revenue Analytics
Track, analyze, and consolidate sales revenue data across all wholesale channels and individual brand portfolios
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual sales statistical reports to highlight top-performing brands and products, key wholesale accounts, and channel growth metrics
Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify trends, inventory velocity, and revenue drivers
Maintain accurate sales reporting dashboards for management review
Operational & Administrative Support
Verify vendor invoices and wholesale order details against sales agreements
Support general administrative tasks within the finance and sales operations departments
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, assistant accounting, or sales data reporting
Language Skills:
Native or business-level fluency in both Cantonese and English (written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with local buyers, global brand partners, and internal teams.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data visualization formulas) for high-volume sales analysis.
Industry Knowledge:
Prior experience in wholesale, retail, multi-brand distribution, or e-commerce operations is highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong numerical acumen, high attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
