Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, licences and access.
• Support SQL-based accounting system and HR system.
• Manage laptops, desktops, printers and other IT assets.
• Coordinate company website, domain, hosting and SSL matters.
• Support office network, Wi-Fi, LAN and IT infrastructure.
• Implement basic IT security, data protection and backup practices.
• Coordinate IT vendors, procurement, licences and warranties.
• Maintain IT asset, licence, vendor, helpdesk and system access records.
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding for employees.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience providing IT support in an office/business environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.
• Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing laptops and IT assets.
• Experience dealing with external IT vendors/service providers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Able to handle and prioritise multiple IT issues.
• High level of confidentiality and responsibility.
