Responsibilities
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for maintaining sufficient supply to meet demands, sourcing the products, managing suppliers, coordinating the movement of goods, and monitoring inventory, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations throughout the supply chain. This role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure smooth flow from purchasing to delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire supply chain process to ensure alignment with the demand plan to meet customers’ needs.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize storage costs by monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or over stock.
Perform procurement activities, including sourcing, requesting quotation, price comparison, and issuing purchase orders.
Collaborate closely with external parties and internal teams to ensure seamless goods movement, timely order fulfilment and material readiness.
Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory status and project updates.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance cost efficiency, lead time, and supply reliability.
Perform any other duties related to supply chain management as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, with exposure to operational processes and team coordination.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to communicate effectively at all levels
Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Working Hours
: 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Eastern Harvest Foods has been progressing rapidly over the years to meet the expanding needs of the market. It has now grown to be one of the major suppliers of frozen seafood and Japanese food products in Singapore.
Having forged close connections with out business partners and having strong support from our customers, Eastern Harvest Foods has diversified and extended its distribution network. Our distribution network spans wholesalers, wet markets, minimarts & supermarkets, food caterings, restaurants, hotels, school and retail stalls. With a team of refreigerated trucks, we provide daily delivery of our products to customers in Singapore. Also we export our products to South-East Asia countries.
Our food supply chain spans across the world. Our products come from the countries of Vietnam, China, Thailand, Korean, Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Chile, USA, France, Holland and Norway. With the cordial support from our oversea business partners, we ensured that our customers have a constant supply of a variety of foods.
