Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative/Executive role based in Johore, Malaysia. The position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across CBB’s packaging and contract manufacturing solutions, as well as managing and growing existing customer accounts. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and engaging potential clients, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating terms that meet both customer and company objectives. The role involves close collaboration with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high service levels. The Sales Representative/Executive will also monitor market trends, provide regular sales reports, and contribute to sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve targeted revenue and margin goals.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical product information related to packaging, printing, or manufacturing solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers at multiple levels.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, quotations, and customer follow-ups effectively.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
• Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site and visiting customer locations in Johore and surrounding areas as needed.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages commonly used in the region are a plus.
