Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
- Take guests’ orders accurately and communicate orders clearly to the relevant team.
- Answer questions about the menu and provide suitable recommendations to guests.
- Recommend additional menu items, beverages, desserts, or promotions where appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are accurate according to the customer’s order and receipt.
- Stay updated on menu items, promotions, daily specials, and any menu changes.
- Attend to guests throughout their dining experience and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.
- Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and maintain the cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain a neat appearance by wearing the required uniform and adhering to the company dress code.
