Recruitment Consultant

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination and offer follow-up. You will work closely with clients and candidates across different industries and recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, JobStreet, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and job fit.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and onboarding progress.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping for specific industries and positions.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Headhunting, Talent Acquisition, RPO, or HR is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
