Your Mission


  • On-Site Quality Control – Conduct furniture inspections at manufacturing facilities, including during-production and final inspections before shipment.
  • Defect Identification – Identify and classify furniture defects, including workmanship, material, finishing, structural, and functional issues, using applicable inspection standards and AQL sampling plans.
  • Product Evaluation – Verify furniture against approved samples, specifications, drawings, purchase orders, and buyer requirements.
  • Quality Verification – Check workmanship, dimensions, materials, construction, finishing, functionality, labeling, packaging, quantity, and other applicable product requirements.
  • Digital Reporting – Capture clear photo evidence and generate accurate, detailed inspection reports via smartphone apps.
  • Integrity First – Maintain strict professionalism, unbiased reporting, confidentiality, and attention to detail on every assignment.


What You Bring


  • Track Record – 5–6 years of experience in furniture quality inspection, quality control, or furniture manufacturing with buying houses, inspection agencies, exporters, manufacturers, or related organizations.
  • Technical Expertise – Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, quality inspection procedures, AQL sampling, defect classification, product specifications, materials, workmanship, and finishing standards.
  • Tech-Savvy – Strong English, plus comfort with smartphones, cameras, and digital reporting applications.
  • Attention to Detail – Ability to identify quality issues, inconsistencies, and deviations in furniture construction, dimensions, materials, finishing, functionality, and overall workmanship.
  • Education – Diploma/Degree in a technical, furniture, manufacturing-related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
