Enrollment & Admissions Responsibilities

• Complete enrollment targets assigned by the Centre Manager, including:
  market research and information collection, execution of external partnerships, implementation of monthly enrollment plans, and participation in enrollment-related training and assessments
• Provide administrative and operational support related to admissions, including:
  follow-up on class renewals, transfers, and school changes; assistance with refund processes; support for parent meetings; coordination of class scheduling; monitoring trial conversion rates and student attrition rates; and handling relevant data collection and analysis

Customer Service & Parent Communication Responsibilities

Sales Consultants are required to undertake the following customer service and communication duties:

• Respond to daily parent enquiries (e.g. class schedules, leave applications, make-up lessons, etc.)
• Conduct follow-ups and feedback communication after trial classes
• Maintain regular communication with parents to understand students’ learning progress
• Assist teachers in conveying learning feedback and recommendations to parents
• Provide renewal reminders and discuss students’ learning plans
• Handle general parent enquiries and coordination matters
• Assist in managing parent complaints, including recording incidents, reporting cases, and proper documentation/filing
