Job Summary

Support financial and administrative operations by managing government grants, staff welfare, and office administration while preparing financial reports and assisting cross-departmental collaboration to meet accounting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage government grant applications and submit all related claims accurately and timely
• Coordinate training arrangements and assist in applying for training grants to support staff development
• Administer staff insurance matters, including WICA and medical injury claims, ensuring compliance and timely processing
• Oversee office administration tasks to maintain smooth daily operations
• Prepare and disburse staff claims promptly to ensure accurate reimbursement
• Assist in accounts payable data entry to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly sales commission reports to support sales team compensation processes
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to exchange information and meet accounting deadlines efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Accounting
• At least 1 year of experience handling HR or Accounts Functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and good time management
