Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Architectural CAD and technical drawings for coordination, authority submission and construction.
• Develop and update architectural drawings based on project requirements, sketches, dimensions and instructions.
• Revise drawings according to design changes and ensure accuracy throughout the project.
• Ensure drawings comply with UBBL, authority requirements, project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, supervisors and relevant personnel on drawing requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
• Maintain proper drawing records and submission tracking for each project.
• Support the team in ensuring drawings are completed accurately and in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of architectural and technical drawings.
• Good rendering skills will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible and resourceful.
• Good discipline, attitude and attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
