Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate the release of new products, derivatives, and changes to existing products/processes.
• Create Change Orders (COs) for the release of materials, documents, and BOMs into the MRP system.
• Track COs in process and follow up with owners to ensure timely completion, especially for high-priority COs.
• Enter and update material information, documents, BOMs, and material masters in the MRP system.
• Manage BOMs, part numbering systems, and part creation practices.
• Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) using PLM & EPDM and ensure completeness throughout the ECO process.
• Drive engineering changes through each step of the ECO workflow.
• Implement engineering changes in the SAP/MRP system.
• Coordinate with Operations and Purchasing to implement engineering changes and ensure proper part disposition in ECOs.

Job Requirements

• Experience in document control, including ECO processing, BOM management, part creation, and engineering change implementation.
• Associate Degree/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field (MQF Level 4 or 5).
• Technical knowledge of engineering principles and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to edit engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documents based on engineer markups.
• Experience with SolidWorks.
• AutoCAD, Pro/E, Visio, and FileMaker experience is an advantage.
• Ability to make minor drawing modifications based on engineer markups.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
