What You'll Do

• Plan, launch & optimise Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and sales
• Monitor ad budgets, performance and key metrics
• Analyse campaign data and spot opportunities to boost ROI
• Use ChatGPT, Claude & other AI tools for copywriting, content ideas and research
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives
• Build marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
• Stay on top of the latest AI, Meta Ads & social trends

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field
• Experienced in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / e-commerce or performance marketing? You'll thrive here — and we'd love to have you
• Fresh in the field but obsessed with AI, digital marketing & paid ads? Also welcome
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia
• Analytical, proactive and results-driven
• Creative, curious, and not afraid to test bold ideas
• Strong communicator, team player, self-starter
