Key Duties

• Source and purchase materials locally in Malaysia – identify suppliers, compare quotes, and negotiate prices.
• Handle price enquiries (RFQ), quotations, and supplier evaluation.
• Process purchase orders, payment requisitions, and track delivery schedules.
• Prepare and manage purchase contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier records, price lists, and purchasing documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and finance teams on material needs and payment matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reports, tracking sheets, and documentation.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of purchasing experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Able to source and purchase materials independently in Malaysia.
• Mandarin is required; English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
