About the role

Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure and user support. This role involves maintaining computers, networks, servers, software and company IT assets, while monitoring system availability, backups, cybersecurity and access controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure and user support
• Maintain computers, networks, servers, software and company IT assets
• Monitor system availability, backups, cybersecurity and access controls
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and account-related issues
• Manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or other cloud-based business systems
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
• Maintain IT policies, documentation, inventories and licence records
• Plan and oversee system upgrades, equipment purchases and IT projects
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device and account setup
• Report IT risks, incidents, requirements and project progress to management

About you

• 3–5 years of relevant IT operations, infrastructure or systems administration experience
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Good knowledge of networking, hardware, operating systems and cloud services
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, backups and endpoint security
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience coordinating IT projects, vendors or small technical teams
• Good documentation, communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and respond to urgent technical issues

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
