Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from the company's Learning Management System (LMS), mobile learning platform, user databases, surveys, and other internal sources to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for business reporting and decision-making.
- Develop interactive dashboards and performance reports using business intelligence and data visualization tools to monitor learner engagement, course completion rates, training effectiveness, user adoption, operational KPIs, and organizational performance for management review.

- Perform statistical and predictive data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of AI-powered learning solutions, forecast learner participation, identify at-risk learners, and support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with business, product, training, and technology teams to understand reporting requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), automate data collection processes, and deliver analytical insights that support strategic planning and product enhancement.
- Ensure data governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance by maintaining secure data management practices, documenting analytical methodologies, performing regular data audits, and safeguarding confidential organizational and customer information while supporting business intelligence initiatives.
