Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports
- Assist/support the Accountant with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist/support the Accountant with the periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes
- Stay updated on accounting principles and best practices
- Any other duties as assigned by the Accountant for work related
- Diploma in Accountancy or relevant Financial Accounting certificates
- 1 Year Accounting and bookkeeping related experience, including handling AR and AP
- Proficient in accounting software, Google sheets, Google drive, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
