About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join the team. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to introduce the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior sales experience is required.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented personality.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possession of own transportation is preferred and may be required for sales activities.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,800 - RM4,200, depending on experience.
• Commission: Attractive tiered commission structure, with average total monthly income of RM5,000+ achievable once established.
• Bonus: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) / 13th-month bonus.
• Statutory Benefits: EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions.
