Role Description The Content Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across digital platforms, including website pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media, to communicate Shvānas’ pet wellness solutions and services. Day-to-day tasks include developing content strategies aligned with brand goals, conducting basic research on pet wellness topics, drafting and refining written materials, and coordinating content updates with internal teams. The Content Specialist will also maintain a content calendar, ensure brand consistency across all channels, and collaborate with trainers, product teams, and operations staff to translate complex services into clear, engaging content. The role involves monitoring content performance, recommending improvements, and supporting marketing initiatives that build awareness and trust among pet parents and partners.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
• Candidates should have experience in Content Strategy and Content Management, including planning, organizing, and maintaining digital content libraries.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and audience-focused messaging.
• Candidates should ideally have familiarity with digital marketing tools, basic SEO principles, and analytics to optimize content performance.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field are beneficial.
• Interest in or experience with pet care, animal behavior, or wellness-focused products is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
