The Opportunity
Lead the Group finance function at a business scaling fast. You'll strengthen reporting discipline, sharpen financial visibility, and build a more structured finance function to support the Group's growth, while partnering with senior management on the decisions that shape it.
What You'll Do
- Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and management reporting across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planning and performance monitoring
- Partner with senior management on business initiatives, expansion plans, investment decisions, and commercial matters
- Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, reporting processes, and governance practices
- Manage audit, tax, banking, and external stakeholder relationships
- Support finance transformation, including process improvement, reporting accuracy, and better use of financial data for decision-making
- Play a key role in M&A, restructuring, and due diligence
- Lead and grow a regional finance team, building a bench that scales with the business
What You Bring
- Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience, including 3+ in a group controllership or similar senior role
- Deep experience in multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation
- Big 4 audit background preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/MFRS, internal controls, and tax
- Executive presence with the confidence to challenge, advise, and influence at Board level
