A. Design & Creative Development

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for marketing collaterals and promotional materials.

• Design printed items such as brochures, flyers, menus, posters, buntings, banners, signage, and packaging.

• Produce digital materials including social media graphics, online advertisements, and email marketing visuals.

• Ensure all designs adhere to the hotel’s brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to transform ideas into effective visual concepts.

B. Social Media & Digital Content

• Support in creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Assist in content scheduling and posting to ensure consistent online presence.

• Support digital marketing campaigns through creative design and visual storytelling.

C. Photography & Videography Support

• Assist with in-house photography and videography sessions for marketing purposes.

• Perform basic photo editing, retouching, and short video editing for promotional content.

• Maintain a visual library of hotel images, event photos, and design templates.

D. Production & Coordination

• Liaise with printers, advertising agencies, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.

• Prepare final artwork for printing or publishing.

• Assist in event branding setups, including backdrops, banners, and signage.

E. Administrative & Team Support

• Maintain accurate design files and asset management systems.

• Provide creative support to other departments upon request, ensuring brand consistency.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

F. Additional Duties

• Execute creative jobs assigned by Marketing Manager.

• Carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests made by management.

• Track and maintain art-related inventory, ensuring all design equipment and materials are in good condition.

• Attend the weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meeting to ensure all relevant creative information is disseminated across departments.

• Uphold the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures and report any potential issues to the Marketing Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing.

• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong creativity and understanding of branding and design principles.

• Ability to create print, digital, and social media designs.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong time management and attention to detail.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
