Responsibilities
Join an e-commerce operations team supporting daily marketplace orders and customer accounts.
Job Details
- Location: Pioneer
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Process and manage marketplace orders
- Assist with daily order fulfilment
- Handle customer account and order-related matters
- Check order details and ensure accurate processing
- Coordinate with the team to support smooth daily operations
- Assist with general e-commerce administrative duties
Working Environment
- Support operations for 100+ customer accounts
- Approximately 2,000 orders processed daily
- Work alongside an approximately 15-person team
Requirements
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to learn and follow procedures
