Job Summary
Join Effektiv Systems Solution Pte Ltd as a Sales & Project Engineer to drive customer engagement, deliver technical presentations, manage project requirements, and support sales in a dynamic, recession-proof industry.
Responsibilities
Build and sustain relationships with new and existing customers to support business growth
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features and advantages to existing and prospective clients
Assess customer equipment needs and system requirements by engaging with customers and engineers
Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to analyze customer requirements and provide effective sales support
Identify and recommend improved materials, machinery, or parts to customers to reduce costs, enhance production, or resolve issues
Contribute to team efforts by gathering information and preparing tender submissions
Conduct frequent local travel to visit clients and monitor installation progress at job sites
Required competencies and certifications
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license to enable local travel for client visits and site monitoring.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Engineering background, including fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales
Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships and communicate effectively with internal and overseas teams
