Job Summary

Provide on-site preventive maintenance services to local wafer fabs in the semiconductor industry, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance using standard hand tools to ensure equipment reliability in semiconductor wafer fabs
• Adjust work schedule by working shifts or overtime as needed to meet maintenance deadlines and operational demands
• Deliver maintenance services that meet quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by managing their expectations effectively
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers to support smooth service delivery
• Participate actively in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge relevant to semiconductor maintenance tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a semiconductor production environment to support maintenance activities
• Organize and motivate oneself to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and proactively
• Apply a hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency to address maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain a positive and open-minded attitude with effective communication skills in English
