An interest in technology and gaming is a plus.
Sales experience preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations in a dynamic environment. The role includes general admin tasks—many supported AI tools—as well as secondary responsibilities in sales support and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

•  Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks.
•  Provide excellent customer service to support client inquiries.
•  Assist with sales support, including quotations, and follow-ups.
•  Support inventory tracking and vendor coordination.
•  Contribute to marketing and social media activities, including content postings,
• responding to messages.
•  Use AI productivity tools to streamline tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Requirements
•  Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills.
•  Positive, adaptable, and able to work independently within a small team.
•  Basic knowledge of PC hardware is a bonus (training provided).
•  Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
•  Comfortable using social media platforms and learning new digital tools
