Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in managing service operations by coordinating work orders, logistics, spare parts, compliance requirements, supplier support, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage work order arrangements between the Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
• Handle transportation scheduling and logistics for all truck movements, ensuring efficient deployment and utilization of resources.
• Process and issue spare parts through SAP, maintaining accurate records and inventory transactions.
• Monitor and follow up on CRM tasks closely to ensure spare parts are issued and delivered in a timely manner.
• Arrange Safety Induction Course (SIC) registrations and renewal of Jurong Island passes for technicians to ensure compliance and site access readiness.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for batteries, attachments, and other equipment, ensuring timely procurement and support for operational requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to work orders, spare parts issuance, transportation arrangements, and supplier coordination.

Job Requirement

• Minimum a Diploma holder
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
• Must be proactive and multitasking
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and SAP
• Will to work at Loyang Way area
