Job Description & Requirements

Kinetica Pte. Ltd. is a professional services firm providing corporate secretarial, immigration, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and other advisory services to a variety of clients, including those of Kelvin Chia Partnership, the regional law firm with which we are associated.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as an Accounts Manager.

Roles &Responsibilities

· Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all statutory, regulatory, and tax filings are submitted accurately and on schedule.

· Supervise, train, and mentor team members. Schedule work allocations and perform final reviews of tax computations, GST filings, accounting treatments, and unaudited financial statements for full legal compliance.

· Drive performance to achieve individual and team revenue budgets, key business plans, and operational milestones.

· Liaise with external auditors to resolve complex accounting and tax queries across client portfolios.

· Prepare and file XBRL financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.

· Handle additional ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor’sDegree in Accountancy or professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA,or equivalent).

· Minimum5 years of relevant accounting experience, with proven supervisory orsenior-level exposure.

· Strong proficiency in corporate governance, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and XBRL reporting software is highly advantageous.

· High analytical ability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactiveproblem-solving mindset.

· Strong verbal and written fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively manageChinese-speaking client portfolios.
